Delivery Details 

Delivery charges on orders less than £25 are calculated on size, weight and value. Options available at checkout are Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded Delivery and Courier. There is a charge for courier service on Large Canvases, however this provides a Tracking Service and Insurance. Details will then be emailed to you once a courier has been confirmed.

Delivery is usually within 2-3 days of payment, with exception of commissions as they may take up to 7 days to paint and dry before posting. 

In the event that your purchase should be damaged in transit then I will either Replace the item/s or Refund in full. In this instance please contact me immediately explaining the damage or problem within 14 days. I will then make arrangements to collect the damaged or faulty item.

Returns

Under the EU Distance Selling Directive you have fourteen days to change your mind! So you can happily return the item to me for a full refund no questions asked!

After this time I accept returns for goods that are in a saleable condition and in original packaging. Any item returned not in saleable condition due to the above or being poorly packed will not receive a full refund. Items should be sent securely, a tracked method is recommended. Refunds will include the initial postage only and via the payment used to purchase the goods.
