 Delivery Details

URGENT UPDATE - Due to Royal Mail Delivery Delays the online shop will be closed until the New Year, this is incredibly frustrating however UK parcels are currently taking 2-3 weeks to be delivered. Therefore orders for Christmas can not be guaranteed. 

Collection and Local Delivery are still available and we are taking this opportunity to rest and re-stock for 2024. Please watch out for updates on our social media channels and get in touch if you have any questions!

Once your order has been placed you will receive an Email Confirmation and then again to notify you of Dispatch. 

Delivery charges are calculated on size, weight and value. There are several options available at checkout including Collection, Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded Delivery and Courier. Please choose a courier service on Large Canvases, as this provides a Tracking Service and Insurance. Details will then be emailed to you once a courier has been confirmed.

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be shipped on the Monday - exc bank holidays.

Delivery is usually within 3-4 days of payment, with exception of commissions as they may take up to 10 days to paint and dry before posting. Email Readings can take up to a week depending on demand and may go into Junk/Spam so please do check there. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to get in touch.

In the event that your purchase should be damaged in transit then we will either Replace the item/s or Refund in full. In this instance please contact us immediately explaining the damage or problem within 14 days. We will then make arrangements to collect the damaged or faulty item.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can of course return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging if possible.

You will be responsible for paying all return costs for your item unless the reason for the return is damaged goods within the 30 day returns period; unless the reason for the return is damaged goods. Photographic evidence will be required in this instance.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please contact us before returning an item within the 30 day period.

By placing an order with Angel Wings Art® you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

If booking for a one to one reading or treatment there is parking available on the main road (Keighley Road) either in a bay or roadside. I will advise when booking of what to do and how to find me. I am only open by appointments and absolutely no walk ins.
