Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout according to the size, weight and value of your order. Available options may include collection, Royal Mail First Class, recorded delivery and courier services.

For large canvases, please select a courier service where available, as this can provide tracking and insurance. Any further courier arrangements will be confirmed with you.

Weekend orders: Gift Shop orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Email readings: Please allow a few days for your reading to be completed. Check your junk or spam folder if it hasn't arrived, and get in touch if you have any concerns.

International orders: Customers outside the UK may be charged customs duties or import taxes by their own country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please get in touch so we can discuss the best way forward.

If your order arrives damaged, contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the item and its packaging, along with a description of the damage. I'll review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution.

For returns or exchanges, please contact me before sending anything back. Items may need to be unused, in their original packaging and returned using a tracked service.

Please note that return postage costs and refunds of original delivery charges depend on the circumstances and the applicable consumer rights. Personalised items and digital services may be subject to different rules.
