I always aim to have them written out within 2-3 days of purchase however at busy times or if ordering on Friday then please allow up to 5 days. I write all my own readings and each one can take me a couple of hours to complete depending on the type purchased.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
We use Royal Mail First Class and post out the following day after order unless it has been placed before 2pm. In that case it will be posted out the same day. First Class usually takes 1-2 days however we have experienced delays under the current pandemic. Courier postage hasn't been affected too badly and again your order should be with you in 3-4 days.
What if I have purchased a personalised Angel painting, how long will it take?
Paintings can take me 2-3 days to complete and in busy times 4-5 days. This allows me to connect, paint, dry and write any messages that come through. So all together it can take around a week from purchase to receiving your Angel Art. It is best to allow plenty of time if you are ordering for a special occasion, birthday or Christmas.

Who can I buy Angel Art for?
Anyone and everyone! Whether it be for a new baby starting their journey, a birthday, get well, special occasion such as an anniversary or wedding. To know that your Guardian Angel is with you and looking after you brings such love and blessings through. Even better when it is one of a kind gift that is completely personal to the recipient.
I have many special requests for couples and this is a wonderful way to show their Angels in unison with love.
Do You Post Overseas?
Yes by request only. This is due to the variety of prices available dependent on what you would like to purchase. I have to calculate the weight and size of the outer box, then notify you of the cost by various modes. You can then chose which option suits you best. I can't offer this online so please do get in touch if you would like to discuss international shipping. You will be responsible for any Customs and Taxes.
Can I add a message and send direct as it's a birthday gift?
Yes you can send direct to a loved one whatever the occasion by adding their details to the shipping information at checkout. You can also add a message by adding it into the notes section at checkout or by Email/Whatsapp.

There is no limit to the wording I can add in so it can be as personal as you wish it to be. I also pop in a FREE Angel Magnet when it's a gift too!
Are You Eco Friendly?
Well I'd like to say that we are as much as we can be. We re-use every piece of cardboard and packaging so you may be in for a surprise when you open your parcel! I never throw anything away and will find a way to re-use it so that it can then be recycled at the end of its journey. Our plastic mailing bags are also 100% recyclable. We limit any use of plastic bags for internal packaging but we do need to use bubble wrap for protection of canvases and delicate items. I believe Mother Earth strongly needs our help so I do what I can where I can. All our Crystals are ethically sourced to protect our planet and so that the workers can work in a safe environment.
What do I need to do to order Personal Angel Art?
When I
don't know the recipient or when it is purchased online I work by
connecting through a photograph. So ideally a clear photograph of the
recipient is best and you can send this via Whatsapp, Text, Email or
Social Media. If the photograph has several people in it please
clearly identify who I am connecting with so that I don't get the
wrong Angelic energies. However I know it isn't always possible to
send a photograph so a date of birth would help instead. This is to
create an energetic link for my spirit team to connect with your
Guardian Angel and receive any divine messages. They always know
exactly what to do!
Can I buy a Gift Voucher as I don't know what to purchase?
Absolutely and you have two choices...It can be purchased in the Gift Shop Online to be spent online or you can purchase it and request a printed copy free of charge. The printed voucher can be used for 1-2-1 Readings, Treatments and Angel Art by request. Some people prefer this option if they visit regularly, it's a special gift or like to hand something over at the appointment. The online voucher will be sent by email with a code that can be used at checkout. There is a 12 month time limit for it to be used.
